The successful candidate will represent Valeo towards customers in the BENELUX, DACH, and Nordics region, providing professional support on orders and deliveries. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions, managing orders, and collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or similar education
• Proven experience in customer service
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong digital skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
