Job Description
Valatam is seeking bilingual Finance/Accounting Assistants (Remote) from Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua and other locations. The role involves supporting financial processes, preparing reports, processing taxes, and assisting with budgets. Requirements
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
- Prepare balance sheets
- Track and reconcile bank statements
- Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
- Process tax payments
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Process invoices and follow up with clients
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation
