Job Description
Valatam is seeking a bilingual Finance or Accounting Assistant to join their client-facing team in Argentina. The role involves updating financial spreadsheets, preparing balance sheets, managing bank statements, creating cost analysis reports, processing payroll, and supporting monthly audits. The position is fully remote with a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
- Prepare balance sheets.
- Track and reconcile bank statements.
- Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs).
- Process tax payments.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed.
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
- Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
