Project Manager (m/f/d) Service Processes

We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) Service Processes to represent our Service End-to-End Process Stream during the rollout activities of the Digital Process World Programme.

Requirements

• Successfully completed Master’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable academic qualification
• Solid professional experience in process consulting and harmonization of field service processes
• Proficient in project management methodologies and rollout/implementation environments
• Experience with relevant CRM/ERP systems, knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
• Fluent English and open and trustworthy personality
• General willingness to travel
