Process & Integration Manager - Business Process Management (m/f/d)

As a Process & Integration Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and optimization of group-wide process management. You will analyze existing processes, lead cross-functional projects, and facilitate workshops on process design.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Engineering; ideally a PhD in a relevant field
• Practical experience in process management, project management, or organizational development
• Basic knowledge of process modeling (preferably ARIS)
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and willingness to travel
