Admissions Specialist

The Utah State University Office of Admissions seeks an energetic, student-oriented individual to join our Recruitment Team. Admissions Specialists are primarily responsible for recruitment efforts within an assigned territory. This position requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as the candidate will work with prospective students, parents, high school counselors, USU departments, and constituents.

Requirements

• Four years of related experience
• Associate’s degree plus two years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid Utah driver’s license
• Familiarity with Sales Force, Banner, and other university software systems
• Strong customer service orientation, experience, and knowledge
• Experience working with various audiences
• Effective presentation and communication skills
