Admissions Specialist

The College of Arts and Sciences is hiring a full-time Recruitment Specialist to foster and support the effort to recruit prospective students to the College of Arts & Sciences (ArtSci). The successful applicant will lead and implement college-wide, data-informed recruitment strategies for the College of Arts & Sciences by collaborating with campus partners, training faculty and student ambassadors, coordinating recruitment events, and building strong relationships with prospective students, counselors, and transfer institutions to support targeted enrollment goals.

Requirements

• Four years of related experience; OR an associate’s degree plus two years of related experience; OR a bachelor’s degree; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license to perform essential job responsibilities, such as driving university vehicles and transporting materials.
• Experience working in higher education.
• Experience supporting or engaging interdisciplinary student and faculty communities.
• Public speaking, teaching, or training experience.
