Job Description
Manage the lifecycle of Whole-of-Government endpoint devices, operate and maintain end-user computing software deployment, and oversee troubleshooting and resolution of end-user computing issues. Manage operations and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) and GCC+ platforms, and on-premise Wintel facilities. Ensure all infrastructure components and end-user services comply with WoG policies and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management
- Experience in one or more domains: Azure or AWS cloud platforms, On-premise Wintel infrastructure, End-user computing
