Associate Auto Adjuster

USAA is seeking a dedicated professional to work as an Entry Level Auto Claims Adjuster in our Colorado Springs, CO office. The role involves adjusting non-injury auto claims, investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling claims in compliance with state laws and regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Successfully acquire an insurance adjuster license and applicable state registrations within 90 days of hire
• Successful completion of job-related assessments
