Requirements
- BA Degree in Tech Writing, computer science and/or technology disciplines
- 4+ years of experience in a Technical Writer position supporting Instructional Design
- Ability to learn technical information quickly and explain it in simple terms targeted to the audience
- Proficiencies HTML, Photoshop, and SnagIt
- Experience documenting internal operational processes
- Experience developing self-help or other user-facing artifacts
