Job Description
US Tech Solutions is seeking a Technical Writer to create and maintain operational process documentation for their clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical writing, excellent written skills in English, and a strong working knowledge of Cisco Voice & Video technologies and trading floor/recording technologies.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Cisco Voice & Video technologies (CUCM, unity, VCS...) and trading floor/recording technologies (Nice recording)
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
