Job Description
The Career Bridge program assists individuals with barriers to education, employment, and economic opportunities. It aims to integrate individuals into the workforce, increase access to job training, and offer education and support. The Participant Navigator is responsible for managing participant intake, case management, and support fund as well as tracking and communications.
Requirements
- 2+ year of direct service case management, intake or support experience
- 2+ year experience in job readiness, employment placement, recruiting, etc.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem-Solver with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience working with re-entry and a diverse population
