Job Description
The Job Developer will work with Workforce programs and participant to establish partnerships, create job placement opportunities, and maintain relationships with business partners. They will also assist with participant recruitment and relationship building. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships and providing job readiness support to clients.
Requirements
- 1+ year of direct service case management, intake, or support experience
- 1+ year experience in job readiness, employment placement, recruiting, etc.
- 1+ years’ experience developing business relations with clients and external partners.
- Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Experience working with re-entry and a diverse population
