Training Program
You will complete an 18-month training program, optionally and depending on the situation, with a stay abroad in Singapore.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in innovation management, entrepreneurship, international business, or a similar field

- Knowledge of new technologies and the continuous development of existing processes
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Travel willingness and interest in a longer stay abroad
