Job Description: Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager, your main task is to use existing budgets efficiently for all online marketing measures.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify suitable online marketing activities and conduct campaigns independently.
• Keep an eye on our target groups and are responsible for monitoring and reporting.
• Be responsible for our online marketing activities.
• Be an idea generator for relevant topics, formats, actions, and editorial contributions (also in collaboration with magazines, blogs, influencers, etc.).
• Build content areas with the team on relevant topics.
• Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Apple Search, etc.
• Work with our graphics team on visual content and designs.

Your Profile:

• Entrepreneurial thinking, taking responsibility, reliability, and loyalty to the team.
• Self-employed and love to work independently.
• Proactive, have a self-employed way of working, and a strong hands-on mentality.
• Want to develop yourself quickly.
• Academic degree, ideally in marketing or media, or a similar education.
• Best-case experience in the digital field.
• Experience with WordPress, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.

Your Skills:

• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Self-confident and sympathetic appearance.
• Well-groomed appearance.
