Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Operator to join our team at UPS Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics, and knowledge of English at B1 level. They will be responsible for managing communications with customers, monitoring orders and shipments, and resolving any issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Diploma/License in logistics is a plus)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics roles (preferable)
- Knowledge of at least B1 level English
- Good knowledge of main IT tools (Office package)
- Excellent communication, relational, and proactive skills
- Oriented towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction
- Excellent team working ability
