Job Description
We are looking for a precise, organized, and customer-oriented person to fill the role of Customer Service Operator. The resource will be the point of reference between customers and internal departments, managing orders, shipments, and requests, with the aim of ensuring efficient service and satisfied customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree in a logistics field is a plus)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics roles (preferable)
- Good knowledge of main computer tools (Office package, shipping software)
- Excellent communication, relationship, and proactivity skills
- Problem-solving orientation and customer orientation
- Ability to work in teams
- Intermediate knowledge of the English language (at least B1 level)
- Experience in the pharma and medical equipment field is a plus
- Knowledge of the SAP management system (preferable)
