Job Description
UpEnergy is seeking a Carbon Operations Officer to join their Carbon Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning and conducting field activities, verifying data, supporting the carbon credit lifecycle, and ensuring the integrity of their carbon operations across markets and mechanisms.
Requirements
- A University Graduate or Postgraduate in Environmental Science, Climate Studies, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in research, social/development sector, or climate-related projects.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office suite like Word and PowerPoint presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
