Job Description
Drives service-project revenue by developing scopes/quotes for repairs, replacements, retrofits, and small design-build upgrades. Owns customer relationships, pricing strategy, and handoff to field PMs/Foremen.
Requirements
- 3+ years in HVAC/plumbing/electrical service sales or project management
- Ability to build scopes and price work accurately with estimating support
- Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, code basics, safety, and site logistics
- Strong customer communication and time management; CRM discipline
- Valid driver’s license; regional travel
