Staff Occupational Therapy - Occupational Therapy - Per Diem 8 Hours Day

Provides occupational therapy services to patients in adult and geriatric age groups with occasional pediatric and adolescent patients. May serve as clinical instructor for occupational therapy students.

Requirements

• Communicates with referring physician
• Completes required documentation
• Develops treatment plans
• Evaluates patients and completes clinical responsibilities from a developmental perspective
• Implements treatment programs
• Monitors therapy goals
• Participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and care
• Possesses knowledge and clinical skills necessary to assess developmental levels of patients
• Responsible for understanding and participating in the organization-wide Performance Improvement Program
