Licensed Plumber

UCH is a Philadelphia-based property management company seeking a Licensed Plumber to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with experience in residential, multifamily, and commercial property maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of plumbing trade including boiler and HVAC repair and installation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
