Valid Driver's License, 2-3 years of Food and Beverage experience, Event Planning experience, College degree preferred
Carpenter
Previous experience in framing, trim work, moldings, construction, cabinetry and finish work. Ability to work effectively with a supervisor and other tradesmen to complete projects efficiently
Maintenance Technician
High school degree, 1-10 years of experience, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, valid driver's license, ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
Painter
2+ years of painting and plastering experience, strong communication skills, and ability to move heavy equipment
Tile Setter Assistant
Previous experience in tile work, ability to work effectively with a supervisor and other tradesmen, and a valid driver's license and vehicle
Licensed Plumber
High school diploma or equivalent, basic plumbing knowledge, strong mechanical skills and problem-solving skills
Cleaner / Porter
Team player with strong communication skills, valid driver's license, and ability to move heavy equipment
General Laborer
Previous custodial/grounds experience a plus. Ability to move heavy equipment and machinery. Valid driver's license
Property Manager
Prior Property Management experience, Prior management experience, Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician must have ability to work independently, strong communication skills, valid driver's license, ability to move heavy equipment, and be comfortable with heights and ladders
