Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the HR field
- 1+ years in IT companies as an HR manager, HR PP, HR Generalist
- Experience in managing the employee life cycle in IT companies
- Experience in developing and implementing HR tools
- Ability to conduct high-quality 1-1 meetings
- English - Strong Intermediate or higher
