We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Business Partner to ensure the operation of the HR function and help businesses achieve ambitious goals. The role involves supporting teams in growth, helping employees, and performing, adapting, and improving HR processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the HR sphere, including 1+ years in IT companies in HR Manager, HR PP, HR Generalist positions
- Experience in conducting the full life cycle of employees in IT companies (the number of people you were responsible for as an HR - at least 50 people)
- Experience in developing and implementing HR tools
- Ability to conduct high-quality 1-1 meetings, help employees with work issues, and provide high-quality feedback
- Ability to find a common language and build long-term relationships with employees and teams
- Independence, multitasking, and ability to take into account business needs
- High level of self-organization, business orientation, time management, and initiative
- English - Strong Intermediate or higher
