Job Description
This role is for an Internal Sales Manager within a well-established B2B company focused on customer experience and operational excellence. The manager will lead a diverse sales team, drive performance through coaching, and support the Head of Sales in strategic planning. The position requires strong leadership and analytical skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an internal sales management role, within a B2B environment
- Background in FMCG, distribution, or fulfilment sectors
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Confidence to manage a diverse team and collaborate cross-functionally
- ERP/CRM proficiency (OGL or similar) with adaptability to new systems
