We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our sales team and grow together with us. You will identify potential customers in the public sector, build long-term business relationships, and lead tender processes to success.
Requirements
- Several years of sales experience in software solutions, ideally in IT security, IT infrastructure, or Identity & Access Management
- Documented success in acquiring new customers and building complex customer relationships
- Good understanding of public sector structures and procurement processes
- High degree of self-initiative, communication strength, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
- Negotiation-secure German and good English skills
