Job Description
The Principal Presales Solution Architect will gather and analyze client requirements, develop solution and pricing strategies, and lead client-facing meetings. The role requires strong English language skills, 8+ years of experience in End User Managed Services, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technology or equivalent
- Strong English language skills
- 8+ years' experience in End User Managed Services/Digital Workplace Services
- 2-3 years presales solution architect experience preferred
- Good understanding of competitive landscape, products and/or services
- Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in pre-sales solution design, proposal development, and presentation skills
- Experience developing cost/benefit analysis and determining risk associated with a given solution
