Principal Presales Solution Architect - Digital Workplace

Gather and analyse client requirements, set solution and pricing strategy, develop client facing proposals, lead solution reviews, and participate in client facing meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technology or equivalent
• Strong English language skills are mandatory
• 8+ years’ experience in End User Managed Services/ Digital Workplace Services
• 2-3 years presales solution architect experience preferred
• Good understanding of competitive landscape, products and/or services
• Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in pre-sales solution design, proposal development, design review, winning theme development, and presentation skills
• Experience developing cost/benefit analysis and determining the risk associated with a given solution
