Presales Solutions Architect

The Presales Solutions Architect is responsible for working with Unisys clients to design and implement solutions related to Unisys portfolio offerings. This role requires a broad range of knowledge and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and an evolving set of solutions. The successful candidate will have experience in presales outsourcing, business expertise, and commercial acumen, as well as excellent client relationship skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix management structure.

Requirements

• Strong English language skills
• Relevant presales and technical experience in the IT industry
• Knowledge of the business, industry, and market, as well as sales strategies, account/program management, service delivery, and financial analysis
• Requires knowledge of technical services, outsourcing and operational support in the enterprise and digital workplace environment
• Experience in tailoring presentations to client needs and varying levels of technical understanding
• Excellent understanding of client service delivery and customer-driven IT infrastructure services environment
• Ability to adapt and perform in an environment that is continually changing and evolving
• Excellent client relationship skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix management structure
• Sound knowledge of ITIL principles
• Fluency in German or French
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Formal ITIL v3 qualifications at the Foundation level or higher
• Knowledge of IT service management technologies and architectures
• C-Suite consulting experience
