Job Description
The Real Estate Counsel - Renewables team is seeking an experienced attorney to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets in the United States. The role involves managing a pipeline of deals, negotiating documentation, overseeing due diligence, and advising on strategic transactions. The role requires a strong grasp of commercial real estate transactions and a commitment to ethical professional values.
Requirements
- 5-10 years as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm
- Deep knowledge of the financing, development, and operation of solar and wind facilities
- Fluent with technology and remote work
- Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
