Senior Real Estate Counsel

SolAmerica Energy is seeking a Senior Real Estate Counsel to understand and support the company's business objectives, regulatory compliance, and implement strategies related to real property and title matters. The role involves drafting agreements, reviewing documents, and collaborating with various teams to facilitate projects and ensure legal adherence. Requirements

• Draft and negotiate site control agreements, including lease option agreements, easement agreements, and purchase option agreements.
• Manage SolAmerica’s title process, including title reviews and curative documents.
• Negotiate and draft curative documents, including assignments, SNDAs, and amendments.
• Interface with landowner counsel regarding instruments for financings, sales, etc.
