UAT Test Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced UAT Test Manager to lead and coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of IT projects. The role involves working closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure the delivered solution meets business requirements and is ready for production. This is a key contributor to the overall project success.

• Develop and manage the overall UAT strategy
• Define UAT entry and exit criteria
• Create and maintain UAT test plans
• Review and validate test scenarios
• Oversee test data preparation and environment readiness
• Monitor test execution progress
• Track and manage defects
• Ensure business process test coverage
• Support go/no-go decisions
