IT Assistant (Network and Infrastructure Engineer) for SILNAS

The IT Assistant (Network and Infrastructure Engineer) will support the MOH in implementing the Integrated National Health Laboratory Information System (SILNAS). The role will involve technical assistance, advice, and guidance on SILNAS-related issues, as well as ensuring adequate exchange of information with the UNDP Country office and MOH program team.

Requirements

• Diploma degree or University/Bachelor Degree in computer science, IT system, engineering or other equivalent fields
• Minimum 5 years (with Secondary education) or 2 years (with bachelor’s degree) of progressively responsible project experience
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in assisting project implementation (preferably in a software development context)
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and ability to work in a team and solid networking coordination capacity
