IT Analyst (Technical Management) for SILNAS

The IT Analyst will provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for the development and implementation of the Integrated National Health Laboratory Information System (SILNAS) project. The role requires a highly skilled and experienced IT Analyst with a proven track record in working with the Ministry of Health on health digitalization.

Requirements

• Advanced University degree (Masters’ degree) in IT (Information Technology), Computer Science, or other required fields on Development of IT system/ application
• Minimum 2 years (with master’s degree) or 4 years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant professional experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects and establishing inter-relationships among international organization and national governments
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
• Fluency in English and Bahasa is required
