Requirements

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory and account plans targeting existing customers in the region.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
• Develop and communicate effective business plans for key customers to establish UKG as a strategic long-term partner.
• Generate incremental business within existing accounts through selling additional licences, modules across the organisation or new solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce and Clari.
• Provide regular forecasts and updates to leadership on sales performance and progress.
