Sr. Business Analyst

Bowhead seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in modernizing their enterprise-wide services related to Human Resources, IT, Facilities Management, Financial Management, Acquisitions, and more.

Requirements

• Manage multiple concurrent activities across projects
• Develop project documentation
• Support and coordinate Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing
• Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum delivery teams
• Familiarity with conducting customer demonstrations on the ServiceNow platform
• Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project/task management tool
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
