Business Analyst

We seek a Business Analyst to join our team in supporting the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Financial Management support Services effort in Norfolk, VA. The Business Analyst will analyze business processes, develop and document business requirements, and support change management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
• Three (3+) years of business analytical experience
• Experience with the Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR) or comparable regulation
• Knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Physical Demands: must be able to lift 25 pounds, stand and walk for prolonged periods, twist, bend, and squat periodically
