We are seeking an experienced and energetic Tasting Room Salesperson to join our team at Frank Family Vineyards. This full-time position will report directly to the Director of Hospitality and Tasting Room Manager.
Requirements
- Build, enhance and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Provide the first line of information to the customer by greeting, directing and answering questions regarding our wines, merchandise, history and facilities.
- Host retail wine tastings that convey Frank Family Vineyards brand image and lead to sales transactions and brand loyalty.
- Offer wine club program and encourage sign-ups in a captivating manner as to increase sales and build customer loyalty.
- Educate the guests about the wine making techniques and winery information and history.
- Complete transactions accurately on point of sales system, including shipping orders, wine club and cash transactions. Stock, price and display merchandise.
- Maintain an open line of communication with the manager as well as the winery principals.
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the winery's policies and applicable laws and address visitor complaints and resolve problems when needed.
- Meet/exceed monthly sales goals.
- Stock, organize and keep clean the employee’s working environment.
- Other duties as required.
