Job Description
The Senior Hospitality Manager leads a large, dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest and member experiences aligned with luxury standards. This role drives strategic initiatives, optimizes front-of-house operations, and partners cross-functionally to elevate the brand experience, increase revenue, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- Lead and develop a team of Assistant Hospitality Managers and 50+ hospitality professionals.
- Champion luxury guest and member experiences across all touchpoints.
- Oversee tasting room operations and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Drive strategic initiatives to increase revenue, wine club memberships, and guest conversions.
- Plan and execute consumer, trade, VIP, and estate events.
- Partner with marketing and membership teams to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve profitability goals.
- Optimize operational systems including POS, CRM, reservations, and payroll.
- Foster a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and deliver seamless front-of-house execution.
