Finance & Operations Associate

We're looking for a Finance & Operations Associate to help strengthen our finance operations while thriving in the dynamic environment of a fast-growing healthtech company.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of audit experience, ideally Big 4 or similar
• Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting and financial statements
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Understanding of compliance requirements across Spain/EU/US (or the ability to learn quickly)
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• High ownership and autonomy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
• A proactive, hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
