The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, managing payments, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting financial reporting across Costa Rica, Panama, and Spain. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting in Costa Rica, Panama, and Spain
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Holded
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and conversational English
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership
- Ownership mindset and accountability
- Based in Central America (Costa Rica or Panama preferred)
