Requirements
- Up to 6 months of call center and/or customer service experience
- Advanced English and Spanish both written and spoken
- Currently live in Mexico City or the immediate surroundings
- Open availability to work any shift, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously (multitask)
- Competency using Microsoft Windows
