At TSI, our vision is to create a better world by helping to protect people, products and the environment. As a Product Specialist II, you will support our Air Management products and develop marketing programs in cooperation with a Marketing Communications Specialist and a Product Manager.
Requirements
- Research, develop and provide information to support customers, sales, and channel partners
- Create and develop marketing content for literature, sales tools, application notes, technical bulletins, website, and other marketing vehicles
- Consult with representatives, distributors, and customers to support sales efforts, conduct training, and provide demonstrations
- Play a key role in product launches, helping develop application guidance, contributing expertise to launch materials, delivering training, and supporting sales team members as they learn new products
- Support Product Manager with Voice of Customer activities
- Keep current with standards, codes, regulations, industry knowledge, and best practices in the field
- Represent TSI products through participation and presentations in technical conferences, trade shows, chapter meetings, publications, seminars, and symposiums
- Engage and contribute to industry associations and act as an expert consultant on assigned solutions
- Review and document modifications to standard products
- Participate on industry standards committees, as needed
