Requirements
- Associates or Technical degree required with 9+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Support or related experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Support or related experience.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound sales environments.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Desired: Experience selling technical or instrumentation-based products, Experience with Salesforce CRM, Proven ability to close sales and generate revenue, Prior experience mentoring or training peers in a sales environment.
