Job Description
Trumid is seeking an experienced Technology Operations Manager to support and collaborate with the Director of Technology Operations. This role will help oversee platform operations, business operations, and technology compliance while ensuring the growth and health of our technology infrastructure.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure management, or similar technical leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; technical certifications preferred
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS solutions, and modern IT management practices
- Security certification required (CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent)
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams, contractors, and vendor relationships
