IT Operations Manager

We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee and scale our IT function. This is a hands-on role, focusing on managing devices, supporting employees, maintaining equipment, and building an internal cloud infrastructure. The role also involves strategic planning, vendor management, and team leadership, as well as collaboration with Cloud/SecOps. The company is growing and expects to focus more on a strategic role as the company expands.

Requirements

• Lead IT operations
• Manage device lifecycle and vendor management
• Maintain on-prem hardware and implement internal cloud infrastructure
• Support implementation of IT processes (MFA, SSO, etc.)
• Document workflows and improve processes
• Evaluate and select IT vendors
