Job Description
A rapidly growing commercial construction firm in New Orleans is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee and deliver high-quality projects across the region.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in commercial construction supervision, ideally in projects $3M–$15M
- Strong background in renovations, some ground-up builds and structural work (concrete and steel)
- Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, and scopes of work with precision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop field teams
- High emotional intelligence and excellent relationship-building skills with owners, architects, and stakeholders
