Job Description
A well-established commercial construction company is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead complex ground-up builds from start to finish, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Oversee day-to-day site operations from groundbreaking to final inspection
- Develop and manage project schedules to keep builds on track
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections
- Monitor quality control and adherence to project plans and specifications
- Facilitate clear communication between project stakeholders
- Manage punch lists and ensure timely project closeout
