Job Description
A growing general contracting/construction management firm in Ossining, NY is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team full time. This role supports all aspects of project delivery, planning, coordinating, budget and schedule maintenance, stakeholder communication, and execution on site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture/Engineering, Business Management, or a closely related field OR ~5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; able to use or learn MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam (or similar tools)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple moving parts and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (with trades, vendors, clients, design teams)
- Ability to oversee document control and maintain compliance with standards (internal controls, safety, etc.)
