Requirements
- Managing multiple construction projects at once.
- Participating in design-build project planning.
- Overseeing project design team.
- Managing construction and closeouts.
- Coordinating project bidding efforts, generating scopes of work, and identifying long lead time items.
- Preparing contracts for subcontractors.
- Preparing change orders.
- Monitoring, reviewing, and controlling project costs.
- Participating in obtaining local municipality approvals.
- Compliance with all required regulations.
